Why Orange County's dates?
Most of our families have a sibling in an OCPS school. Matching the district calendar means one set of dates for the whole household instead of two.
Do I pay for closure weeks?
Tuition is set for the year and spread evenly across it, so closures are already priced in rather than billed and credited.
Hurricanes
If we close for severe weather, the county's make-up order applies: Presidents' Day first, then the Monday and Tuesday of Thanksgiving week. We'll tell you by phone and email the evening before.
Summer
Summer runs on its own calendar — same method, fewer walls. Dates are published each spring.
