Call and a person answers.
No phone tree, no ticket number. During school hours the front desk picks up; if everyone is with children, leave a message and you'll hear back the same day.
Phone

Best for anything with an attachment — funding paperwork, immunization records, a question you'd like in writing.

Finding us
One block east of Park Avenue.
225 S Interlachen Avenue, Winter Park, FL 32789. We're on Interlachen between Morse Boulevard and Lyman Avenue — the historic building set back behind the oaks, with the courtyard gate on the south side.
Coming from I-4, take Fairbanks Avenue east, turn left onto Interlachen, and we're four blocks up on your right. Central Park, the library and the farmers' market are all within a short walk — which is why so much of our week happens outside the building.

Winter Park street parking is metered on Park Avenue and free on most of the side streets. Give yourself five extra minutes on your first morning.
Where to park
Short-term spaces sit alongside the building for drop-off and collection; longer visits and tours use the side-street spaces on Lyman.
Morning drop-off
Doors open at 7am. You walk your child in and sign them into the room — no curbside handover, because the thirty seconds at the door is where a teacher learns how the night went.
Afternoon pickup
Collection closes at 6pm. Anyone collecting who isn't on your authorized list needs a call from you plus photo ID at the desk — every time, including grandparents we know by name.
Accessibility
The building is historic, so entrances and interior routes vary by classroom. Tell us what you need when you book and we'll route your visit accordingly.
Who you'll be talking to
Small school. Short chain.
Misti Castner
Head of School
Enrollment decisions, placement, anything about your child's day that a teacher hasn't already resolved with you. She runs the tours herself.
Brittney Burr
Assistant principal & community liaison
Day-to-day questions, paperwork, calendar and the front desk. Usually the voice on the other end of the phone.

Before you call, three shortcuts.
"How does Step Up For Students actually work?" →
Award ID, EMA enrollment, quarterly invoicing and parent approval — walked through step by step on the Tuition & Funding page.
"What's the application process?" →
Five steps, and the second one matters most. Applications are accepted year-round; waitlists are real and we'll tell you where you stand.
"Nap, food, screens, sick days?" →
The unglamorous logistics, answered plainly on the FAQ.
